I'm flying out Tuesday now.

I did it so I could use a ticket I previously had so I wouldn't have to pay that much.

.....August 11, 2010: Notice of Interview date

.....August 31, 2010: I-131 Travel Doc. approved, EAD production ordered (again)

September 04, 2010: Received EAD card & AP Documents in the mail! (both dated 8/26)

September 20, 2010: AOS Interview...APPROVED!!!

It went AMAZINGLY! WE'RE APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D

They'll be mailing over my K1 Visa via Express Post early next week. I can't wait!

Because he's had blood tests before at his regular GP, and he doesn't have AIDS or anything like that. So if the X-Ray came out clean, and they said all of his stuff looks great, then he passed!

Also...

Just talked with Sara in the Visa DOS whatever place, she said her systems are down, but if they logged that I was eligible for an appointment last week, then I will probably be given an appointment date in the beginning of December. She said they only give appointment dates at the beginning of every month... which sortof coincides with how we seem to see spurts of appointment dates all coming in at once. But she did say it was doubtful that I would get an appointment before Christmas.. :cry:

It's not so bad because January is just around the corner, and there will be every holiday that you can celebrate after that. Valentine's Day (L) is in February and I am sure he will be with you by then. So, you have a nice holiday to look forward to.
