Yay!When are you coming to the US? Actually, I'm not really excited. I've never been one to get excited about things like this. I just want to get it done and over with.

I will travel on the 18th Nov to the US, Rhiann. I am just glad that you had finally gotten to get your interview date and be with your man soonest! :)

The Packet 3 *almost* got sent today (last night) but apparently the Post Office was closed. I guess we try again tomorrow!!!

I'm also sending all the financials over.. I-134, letter from my employer, tax transcripts of the last 3 years...

Way to go Chaz!

Yay!! I am so happy for you. Very soon you will be with Brian.

Thank you Star! I'll leave on the 18th Nov on a direct flight from Manila to LA.

Life is beautiful!

Merne - I am assuming you will be landing at LAX :). Don't mind that cute little dog that goes around sniffing the baggage. The dog is so adorable, but they do that just to make sure no one is carrying anything that is not allowed in customs.

Thanks so much.... but I think it will be a long haul... the Attorney believes they will pull my ex's immigration files and talk to the ICE agent , which is also the same Agent that interviewed me for 2-3 hours long with 5 other high officials of HOMELAND SECURITY(I WAS REFUSED MY ATTORNEY during the ordeal) as I was employed with Homeland Security as TSA, long and horrible story....BUt in the end my ex was only deported on over staying his school visa,,, and the agent did state to the deporation judge that our marriage was bonafide , now I hope he just put in his files...

@Rhiann - tomorrow for you!

Just a few more days for me, but I don't think Kha Han will get a visa on her first time unless she gets someone in a good mood on that day. We have 2 yellow flags (or red flags) which is that we got engaged about a month and a half after meeting online and we also didn't have a Dam Hoi. When I started this paperwork, for some reason I thought it took about 2 years to get to the interview stage and that we could just have a Dam Hoi next year. Since I used up all my time this year, I couldn't make it back to Vietnam.

I wish you the best, Rhiann, with your interview and hopefully ours goes well, too.

Just think positive. You got approved so quickly and that was a great surprise :). The same concept could apply in her interview. She may get a very nice officer and she will sail through the interview.

Rhiann all the best tomorrow! I am glad your fiance will be by your side. (F)

I posted before you even said it! I must be psychic (or I saw your post in the Canada forum :P )

7 days until POE? That is awesome :) I'm sure you'll be really busy for this whole week. Have you already done most of your packing in hopes that you would pass today?
