I got a touch the day after and it was for my NOA2!

My email didn't make it to my inbox until 2 days later though.

I totally bet it's your NOA2!

Oh yeah I remember you got that wonderful delayed email stating your approval :) a few days later. It surely could be my NOA2.

Mine was timed at like 4pm their time.

And I'm sure their system is slow on Fridays, so you may not get it till Saturday or Sunday

I think you are right about that. No touches yet. That was most likely the approval touch. If I don't get the email than I am certain my attorney will have the hardcopy by Monday. I live very close to CSC.

My fiance lives really close to CSC as well, but it still took him till the 12th to get the hardcopy. Our approval was on the 4th.

Who knows why it took so long. Must have been the holidays it landed on.

I'm sure that was your approval touch.

Yes, that is so true. Because when I got the RFE it was on 8/27/09 (Thursday) and attorney did not recieve hard copy until Monday. Since, I got that touch yesterday than most likely the hardcopy will arrive in the mail on Monday. That would be like 2 days. But, I hope I get that delayed email before that.

Oops, I changed my post after you posted.

We actually got the hardcopy 6 days after the email, 8 days after the approval date.

Doesn't help that we lost 2 mailing days because of the long weekend.

Maybe it was the long weekend. That is a bit too long for postal mail. Usually, snail mail takes 2-3 days here. Maybe the mailman in your fiance's area was a newbie .

Rhiann: Based on your timeline you got touched on Friday and your email arrived on the weekend. I got touched yesterday and still no touch after that. So, you were right on the guessing game.

Technically, I did get an approval this week :), just need my eyes to see it.

It's funny I was going to go out and celebrate my NOA2 with my friend today, as she has a possible new job to celebrate about. But, both of ours is not confirmed yet . She got a second interview, and I got a second touch , but with no proof to back it up. I will consider this a pre-post celebration.
