Called my attorney's office first thing in the morning :), but still no sign of RFE. Hopefully, they will get in the mail in the afternoon. I am so happy that today is a good day for the rest of you. A petitioner who waited for 2 years got her NOA2 just today. Wow!!

May 18, 2009 - Mailed I-129F Package

May 19, 2009 - Receipt of Confirmation from USPS

May 22, 2009 - Check Cashed

May 23, 2009 - Received NOA1

May 23, 2009 - Signed up for E-mail updates on USCIS.gov website.

Aug 27, 2009 - Touched 1

Aug 27, 2009 - NOA-2 E-mail Received!

Sept 8, 2009 - NVC Received File - Was stuck in AP for 28 Days!

Oct 6, 2009 - NVC sent file to Manila - Thank GOD

Oct 9, 2009 - File in System at US. Embassy In Manila

Oct 15, 2009 - Information packet received by Beneficiary from Manila

Oct 14, 2009 - Advanced Medical Exam Passed

Nov 10, 2009 - Interview - Passed Thank GOD again.

Nov 17, 2009 - Visa received

Nov 17, 2009 - CFO Seminar

Nov 21, 2009 - returned to US with the Love of my life.

Dec 17th, 2009 - Wedding! Yahoo!

Jan 14th, 2010 - Mailed I-485 / 765 Package

Jan 21, 2010 - NOA1 for 485 / 765

Feb 17, 2010 - Biometrics

Mar 9, 2010 - EAD Card in Production

May 28, 2010 - Greencard Received!

My fiance Fed Ex'd our RFE today, so it should get there by tomorrow at the latest.

Way to go!! I won't be surprised if your NOA2 comes this week then.

No word on my RFE yet. It's official it should arrive by tomorrow. I can't imagine the mail being this slow as I only live 2 hours from the service center.

It was picked up, so it'll probably be delivered tomorrow.

I really wish USCIS would send two copies one to the applicant and another to the attorney. I hate the fact that I have to contact my attorney to verify. It's actually my fault if I had known about VJ before I would not have been in this situation.

thanks everyone!! i'm starting to gather evidences and such.. it is decided that he will come to the phils 2 days before my interview and he will be there with me. i heard that they won't even ask for any additional proof of ongoing relationship if the US citizen is there with.

i dont know what other proof they'd need from me, by that time, it will have been the 3RD TIME he's with me. lol. we dont email each other and well my fiance kinda doesn't want to give them copies of our IM's (but im going to print out a few, better sure than sorry) and we dont send anything snail mail. we use skype to call each other

and i saw from VJ website a call log extractor for skype.
