I havent recieved mine :( *sigh*. But then again I am VSC...

12/31/2009 - Married

01/08/2010- Mailed in AOS

01/13/2010- AOS received and sent back due to missing signature

01/22/2010- AOS arrives back at my house, signed, sent off again

01/27/2010- Receipt number given, huzzahhh! NOA1

01/29/2010- Money taken out :'(

02/02/2010- Touch

02/06/2010- Biometrics Appointment, 16th Feb at 2:00pm .... Also happens to be my 21st Birthday!!

02/07/2010- Sent in Medical to Chicago office

02/09/2010- Got a RFE for medical.....Sent reply letter 2 days earlier due to forgetting to include vaccination data.

02/10/2010- Sent a 2nd copy of medical to MO office.

02/16/2010- 21st birthday, Biometrics done, and a letter saying my case is on "hold" from the 7th of Feb, in a email...

02/17/2010- Touch

02/23/2010- Letter to congressman

02/24/2010- RFE Received and processing resumed.

02/25/2010- Case transferred to CSC

03/24/2010- Work permit printed

03/28/2010- Work permit received (After writing to the congressman...Again...)

07/01/2010- Call to Senator about Green card, Call to USCIS, Nothing... Told to wait another 2 months and then possibly another 4 months.

07/01/2010- Touch on I-485/Green card...

07/02/2010- Second touch on I-485/Green card, No notifications....

07/07/2010- Told at info pass that my application is being sent to west palm from CSC

07/10/2010- Touch I-485

07/14/2010- Touch on I-485

Just got off the phone with NVC and they shipped out case to Vancouver yesterday! Things are moving quickly, hopefully my fiance will get his paperwork from the embassy soon!

K-1 process:

05-05-2009: Mailed I-129F

05-15-2009: NOA1

05-20-2009: Check cashed

08-19-2009: NOA2 Email

08-24-2009: NOA2 Hardcopy

08-24-2009: NVC In

08-26-2009: NVC Out

08-28-2009: Consulate Received

09-03-2009: Packet 3 Received

09-04-2009: Packet 3 Returned (via fax)

09-04-2009: Interview date (by email)

09-08-2009: Packet 4 received

09-16-2009: Medical Appointment

09-17-2009: Interview

09-22-2009: Visa in hand

10-20-2009?: POE

10-31-2009: Legal marriage

05-22-2010: <3 Our wedding <3

I hope so. I live out in the middle of nowhere by myself, and the only reason I feel safe is because my parents live a half-mile down the road. Dad'll be here in about a minute if I ever needed him for something... but they're going out of town for a month and a half at the end of October. Having Bryan here would be nice : )

WHOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!! I just got home from work was not expecting to be approved yet for atleast another week got NOA1 MAy26 2009. Just check the status of our Petition online and it says approve and letter was mailed today.....NO SLEEP FOR ME TOnight I am too happy. :dance:

I got back from the consulate a few hours ago. Visa approved! The wait is long but it is so worth it. Good luck to everyone! :D

K-1 TIMELINE:

05-11-2009: NOA1

05-20-2009: called the Military Help Line and requested for expedite

06-04-2009: NOA2

06-14-2009: NVC letter received in the mail

07-02-2009: Packet 4 received

08-27-2009: Interview - Visa approved!

09-03-2009: visa in hands.

09-20-2009: POE - Miami

09-21-2009: we got married!

AOS TIMELINE:

05-12-2010: NOA1

06-08-2010: Case transferred to CSC

06-21-2010: Biometrics

Yeah, and I went through an attorney. One could only wonder. It will take them 2 to 3 days before they actually send the hardcopy and I can find out. I am happy, but discouraged at the same time.

That might be an approval....I know when mine got touched, we had a letter in the mail within the week.

April 30th 09: Verification that I-129F was delivered to CSC!

May 12th 09: NOA1!

Aug 13th 09: *NOA2!*

Aug 18th 09: Received NOA2 Hardcopy

Aug 21st 09: NVC Received

Aug 24th 09: NVC Approved!

Aug 27th 09: London received

Sep 11th 09: Packet 3 received

Nov 10th 09: Mailed packet 3.

Nov 12th 09: Packet 3 delivered.

Nov 17th 09: Medical

Dec 7th 09: Interview Scheduled.

Dec 17th 09: Interview Approved!

I just checked DHL tracking using NatPatBen's advice. There was one case shipped to Vancouver on the 26th, (I'm assuming it's ours) and it WAS ALREADY RECEIVED! Overnight shipping, wut? I'm getting pretty excited.
