We're also may fillers.

K1 package sent on 05\26\2009. We got NOA1 in 2 days after sending the package, unfortunately still have no more information about our petition

I'm very afraid to stuck with it, bc its ours second one- year ago we had our petition approved and I came to the US, but unfortunatly we started arguing and broke up ((( Thanks of God, we've realized that we cant live withiout each other anymore, so we filled one more K1 petition But I heard that second one can take much more time (

Anyway, congratulations to all who have theirs petitions approved!

They just approved a June 09 filer. That is great, but what about the other May 09 filers. I wish CSC would finish May 09 before they move forward. It is not fair to us.

Hi fellow May filers!!! Finally we got our NOA2 after 3months and 3 days of waiting. Thank God!!!! Our timeline here at Vj is accurate... Wooooohhhhooooo... We are so so so happy!!! I hope everybody will have their approvals soon too... God bless us all :jest:

WHOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!! I just got home from work was not expecting to be approved yet for atleast another week got NOA1 MAy26 2009. Just check the status of our Petition online and it says approve and letter was mailed today.....NO SLEEP FOR ME TOnight I am too happy.

Yeah, I hope so. I just saw a few petitoners getting approved from June 09. I am sure you are right I will see what happens this week.
