This week has been really good so far.

you are welcome..my friend got hers last 20th, me and her had same date of NOA1..just kept your fingers crossed...i saw alot who had their NOA2 recently from CSC...

My fiance called NVC & said they got our file yesterday. Hope it doesn't stay there long & we hear from the embassy soon.

8/6/2021:  Biometrics to be reused
3/15/2022:  Interview (successful)

Aug 27, 2009 - NOA-2 E-mail Received!

Sept 8, 2009 - NVC Received File - Was stuck in AP for 28 Days!

Oct 6, 2009 - NVC sent file to Manila - Thank GOD

Oct 9, 2009 - File in System at US. Embassy In Manila

Oct 15, 2009 - Information packet received by Beneficiary from Manila

Oct 14, 2009 - Advanced Medical Exam Passed

Nov 10, 2009 - Interview - Passed Thank GOD again.

Nov 17, 2009 - Visa received

Nov 17, 2009 - CFO Seminar

Nov 21, 2009 - returned to US with the Love of my life.

Dec 17th, 2009 - Wedding! Yahoo!

Jan 14th, 2010 - Mailed I-485 / 765 Package

Jan 21, 2010 - NOA1 for 485 / 765

Feb 17, 2010 - Biometrics

Mar 9, 2010 - EAD Card in Production

May 28, 2010 - Greencard Received!

Wow...mine hasn't been touched since first received back in May and I got an email today that it's been approved! My day is brighter and I can't stop smiling! I had to stop checking and once I did...it came. I am not sure if sending a note to my Senator helped because I only sent it 8/7/09 but you never know it couldn't help....just a thought.

5/7/09 - mailed I-129F submission

5/11/09 - tracking confirmation delivered

5/15/09 - NOA1 date

5/20/09 - check cashed

5/23/09 - received hard copy of NOA1

8/24/09 - NOA2 approved - received via email

8/29/09 - NOA2 hard copy received

8/31/09 - NVC received

9/2/09 - NVC sent to Embassy

10/7/09 - Fiance went to Embassy to pick up packet

10/7/09 - interview date scheduled for 12/14/09

12/14/09 - Chuks didn't go to the interview

12/30/09 - went to embassy and scheduled another for 3/15/10

3/15/10 - interview *****APPROVED*****

4/16/10 - went to pick up VISA ~ was put on AP. Embassy said they would call

8/7/10 - CHUKS married another in Ghana
