If it's for Cali, can we get the title changed to:

May 2009 K-1 CSC Filers

?

It'd help some confusion I'm sure.

Wow, I can't believe it but we are all ready to file tomorrow! Julian sent me all the forms about a week ago, and I am going down to the post office tomorrow to see the I-129F off!!! Thanks to VJ I think I got everything right... Don't want an RFE...:o

So everyone, if you filed in May 2009, let's start posting here and sharing the ups and downs of our K1 Visa Journey!!!

xxMelissa (and Julian from afar!)

Hi: below is my timeline, let's hope we will have a good luck:

2th May - lawyer sent I- 129 to VSC

11th May - we are informed by VSC that they have received our form on 4th of May...

p.s. is VSC takes longer than California?

I think recent trends show (Or so I've noticed) that VSC does take longer than CSC.

This is the CSC thread by the way, there's a VSC one if you want to post there.

(It just doesn't say CSC in the title, which is really confusing.)

It doesn't look like ANY NOA1's since a week ago! huh. Maybe they have to separate by country, then file them by the third letter of the last name :D lol. Lots of confusing steps, I'm sure.

Looking at the timeline statistics, the last people that got the NOA1, were people that sent them on April 22nd and 23rd.

Hmm, I was really hoping my check to be cashed by Wednesday or Thursday, but it looks like I'll be waiting awhile.
