They approved two today from the same consulate as your fiance. I wish you luck this week! :thumbs:

Consulate doesn't have anything to do with things at this stage, unfortunately... Sydney Australia consulate hands out visas like candy :lol: They like us Aussie types!

I hate that we are filing through VSC because I don't realistically expect an approval until later October.... but I am going to the US for 2 weeks on Saturday to see Jesse, it is our 2 year anniversary on the 26th so I wanted to be with him then. Knowing I get to see him in a matter of days makes me feel a little less impatient :)

I guess I meant maybe they have each person designated to handle certain countries. Because sometimes when they approve they approve NOA2s of many filers whos fiance is from the same country. Just my assumption. Well, at least you will be coming here for two weeks and you will get to see your fiance. I am hoping to see my fiance by November, hoping he gets his interview by than. Hope you have a good time on your trip!

Sep 11th 09: Packet 3 received

Nov 10th 09: Mailed packet 3.

Congrats Chaz...

Good luck to anyone else who doesn't have their NOA2 yet. You guys will certainly get them soon. Remember the original time frames we had in our heads back when we filed the 129F? I certainly didn't think August would be the month that we'd be expecting NOA2s, so hang in there! I know it's frustrating to see people ahead of you in line, so to speak, but take comfort in realizing we're still ahead of the game (well within the projected 5 month expectations). I'm sure that doesn't help... but if anything, I hope your consulate doesn't take MONTHS to schedule interviews like mine does.....
