I hope so. At least there was one approval today. That is a good sign :). But, I have a long way to go. If all goes well I guess I can go for the dress I like. I don't want to get it made until I get my NOA2. Thanks for making my decision easier on the dress. It was the only one that was not too sparkly..lol.

They seem to be slowing down a bit, which is a bummer.

I wonder if that Union strike thing in Cali has anything to do with it.

Hopefully not  Seems like it wouldn't affect federal employees. Maybe all the approvals just happen to be going to non VJ members.

Hm, probably.

And tomorrow's dreaded Friday.

Which means Saturday and Sunday are coming. And they're closed then.

And I have to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. :(

Well, at least there's no holidays till Labour Day, so here's hoping we have something before then.

Yeah me to..its driving me insane that there has been only one May 09 filer approved. It's like you both said it could be two reasons:

1) Either all non VJ members are getting approved

2) May 09 filers are not updating their timeline

It could be a bit of both, but I think they just have been slow, and mayb there are so many that filed the first week of May 09 that they are still working on those files.

Well, I'm semi glad I don't have any touches so far... since a touch can also mean an RFE.

I mean, I did get one 3 days after the NOA1, but they probably only touched it to take out the check.

I would even be happy with an RFE at this point. :). What is freaking wrong with CSC?

On the positive note I was talking to a friend of mine at work and her fiance is from South America. And he overstayed his visa for awhile, so they thought they were not going to get approved. But, they even got approved even though he stayed illegally. She was just telling me that they had every reason to be freaking out. Than I don't know what I am worried about. Waiting and having patience is not one of my better qualities. It took them 4 months to get approved.

Usually they do a lot of approvals on Fridays. Maybe this Friday will be one of them. For some reason I have this feeling that you will get yours sooner than you expected. Just hang in there.
