So everyone, if you filed in May 2009, let's start posting here and sharing the ups and downs of our K1 Visa Journey!!!

Elmcity - while I'm getting the giggles to see you abiding by your promise to Gary so diligently, if it makes any difference at all I hereby absolve you of the need to keep this up for a full 24 hours. I vote that you be allowed out of the penalty box at this time

Hi everbody!

I am going to be a May filer!

I have just talked to Brian my fiance and he has all the forms and evidences of our relationship to file. I spent all last month putting together all the cards and pictures and evidences for him to send. He say he will work on the forms this weekend and send Monday!

I am so nervous and excited!

So... we should always have at least 2 May 2009 K-1 filer forum topics, right? One for CSC, one for VSC... I saw the VSC one is labelled with VSC, but this one isn't... is there a way to change the topic name? I am terrible about making sure things are organized sometimes :D... Or... is there another forum I should be browsing?

I was supposed to be an April filer, but my fiance's lawyers wanted my long form birth certificate.. and emails and chat logs (Even though I have like 8 sets of plane tickets!)

We'll probably end up filing mid May at this rate.
