Can i make a infopass to update my current address so that my noa1 does not get sent to my old address?

You can update your address online. Your check has been cashed so I don't think an infopass appointment will make the change effective in time to change your NOA1.

Yes. But remember to change your address online. You have only 10 (?) days to do it after you move, or you can get in serious trouble for not doing it.

I don't think they will deport you for that reason just file AR-11 when you can and I-864 for the USC spouse (sponsor).You should have done it before you send your I-751. If you still have access to that old address, then don't worry too much as long as you won't miss any mails, notices from USCIS, its ok but you still have to notify them on your new address.Good luck friend.
