Second Wedding

My husband and I had a quick courthouse wedding because of the time limitations on his K1 visa. While we don't regret any part of that first wedding, we have been planning to do a sort of 'second wedding'. Does anyone have any ideas, maybe if you were in the same situation. I would prefer to have it near his home, outside the United States but then I feel like maybe I'm not including my family for the second time (but we live near them so I feel like its better to bring reach out to his side of the family because we live so far from them).

He proposed to me last weekend, with an engagement ring and the whole proposal...we both want to have the big wedding that we didn't have the option of doing 4 years ago.

Even help with wedding invitation sayings, poems, anything you used in your 'second wedding' would be great.

Thanks!
