hello,

i just want to know everyone's opinion regarding the accuracy of the processing timelines here in visajourney, how accurate is it? because according to my timeline, my EAD may be adjudicated between May 20, 2009 and June 2, 2009, well, i just want to know whether i should start looking for a job now or wait, i know that it takes time to find the right job, and right now, money is very important...

NOA2 hard copy: 10/18/08

I-129F left NVC: 10/16/08

NVC letter: 10/21/08

USEM received the papers: 10/23/08

Physical exam at SLEC: 11/06-07/08 - Passed

Appointment letter received: 11/10/08

Interview schedule: 11/14/08 - Passed

Visa Received : 11/22/2008... thank God...

US Entry : 12/03/2008

Marriage : 02/14/2008

POE: Guam

They are only as accurate as the data inputted by the users.

Also keep in mind the numbers here are just a "very" small part of the actual number of people processing paperwork.

With that said, for the most part, they are within +/- 2 months or so from what I have seen.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
