Hi All:

I am the beneficiary of US Spouse and today my CR1 Case forwarded to Embassay and the questions I have are:

1) They says that I will get Package 4 so what's that? Do I need to collect any further documents? Do they ask for any form to fill?

2) Do I have to send any document to embassy before my interview? and do I have to pay any fee?? my spouse already paid $70(AOS fee) + $400(IV fee) to NVC.

3) NVC has my all original documents so does embassy people ask for those documents again?

Any other information which I should know in advance?

Thanks

-Jay

1) Packet for is the invitation packet, it will contian a letter indicating when interview will be, also contains where the visa medical and vaccinations can be done.

2) NO  nothing is sent to consulate.

3) NO the packet sent from NVC to consulate contains this, and they should return things like marriage cert back to you at the interview.
