it's been 6 weeks since isis has confirmed that it has received the response an RFE since I'm not new to the decision that must be done to enable the result to the RFE has noted it is for a petition I129f

I really have no clue what you are asking. I will give it a shot - I believe you have sent documents in response to an RFE and the automated system says that they have recieved the checklist letter response, but there is still no result. Call 603-334-0700 then hit 1 then hit 5 and wait for a service rep. Ask what is the status of your case and what's holding it up.
