rescheduling a missed interview

my fiance was late for her K1 visa interview in the American embassy in Lagos, she was asked to reschedul through the e-mail. Please does anyone know how the responce time is and how far back the new interview will be rescheduled? she might have made an error in going late but we both believe that God Almighty will grant us his grace with laughter in the end.

My husband also missed his appointment at the Nairobi, American embassy, they have told us that they have already sent another appointment letter, but we have not received it yet. Then they sent me another email saying that we are to email them to schedule at our convenience. My husband and I are probably going to just wait for his CR-1 appointment which I believe is very soon.

I recomend that she do an information appointment. They should give her an appointmetn letter then. The embassy has specific times for these such appointments. It would be similiar to picking up your packets.

Thanks for the advice, I would ask her to go to the embassy with the approval letter and the NVC letter to check if she has a new date.
