My Check was cashed on the 27th and no NOA yet, how long does it usallly take to come?

Removing Conditions

April 13th 2009: I-751 sent to CSC

April 15th 2009: Package received at CSC

April 27th 2009: Check Cashed

May 15th 2009: Received Biometrics Notice

May 18th 2009: NOA1 finally showed up

May 30th 2009: Biometrics Appointment

June 13th 2009: Received RFE

June 16th 2009: Sent RFE to CSC

June 17th 2009: CSC Received RFE

July 15th 2009: CRIS email : card production ordered

July 20th 2009: CRIS email : approval notice sent

July 23rd 2009: Received 10 Year Green Card!

Sometimes they write it, sometimes they don't, there's no guarantee, depends on the staff. Sorry! :blush:

N-400

5/29/2010 - USPS Express Mail Out N-400

6/2/2010 - Priority date

6/9/2010 - Check cashed

6/11/2010 - NOA in my mail box

6/17/2010 - Able to see case status "Initial Review"

6/18/2010 - LUD

7/2/2010 - Called mis-information line to put in a service request for STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED "FP NOTICE"

7/8/2010 - LUD, at 2:32am, received text msg and e-mail for req. for add'l evidence being mailed out on July 6th, believe it's for the FP

7/12/2010 - Received FP notice in mail, scheduled for 8/2/2010

7/15/2010 - Walk in FP

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

7/27/2010 - Received interview letter for 8/23/2010

8/23/2010 - Passed interview, was informed that next oath date is 9/22/2010 and oath letter will come in the mail

9/3/2010 - Received oath letter in the mail for 9/22/2010

It take can the NOA a week to 30 days depending on how much workload the staff has. Normally it's a week to 2 weeks but

i have seen folks on VJ who got their NOA after 30 days.

if i get this right, meaning they sometimes put a reference case# on the check and we can see it thru our online bank account? :unsure:

that way we can start checking the uscis website even w/ out the noa... im just guessing :blush:

They put receipt # on my check, too bad not all the numbers are legible.

From the online copy I can only read EAC09####. :angry:

interesting... i cant see the image of my check yet, they're usually available on the following day... see if i can find some luck once i can view my check's image...

finally somebody want my money!!! :dance: i saw a check for $545 being cashed this morning so im betting thats from them... thank God! what a relief...

any of you guys got noa1 already? or just the check so far... again, good luck to all of us!

i have not got my NOA yet still waiting .hope so that will come this week.

so i did see my check this morning and it started with WAC0921###### that's 13 characters i believe. so i tried writing it on the uscis site, see if i can find it and this is the result error:Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number.

oh well guess i tried! lol... better for me to wait the noa1. but i thought i'd give it a shot :blush:

Got my NOA today :dance::dance::dance:

The notice date was 17th. CIS needs 10 days to process a check and send out the notice

Anyway, I tried my receipt # and got the same message :wacko:
