affidatives from friends question

hi all visajourney friends,

today i m gonna ask our friends for "affidatives of friends", but how exactly should i organize them. i see an example in visa journey, but my question is i should put my friend s name and address, ask them to sign, and should i notorized it or the way it s is fine....

i think affidavit is coming from your friend and you should ask them to write you his statement "affidavit" expalinging your relation to your spouse .yes he should put his name address immigration status or US Citizen and his contact destails .and yes that affidavit need to be notrized. Affidavits from your friends stating that they know your relationship between you and your wife/husband needs to have contact information, like name, citizen of..., address, telephone number and need to be signed and notarized.

I used the format provided in the VJ example and add more info from my end, like i added the name,DOB and address of my friends and how long did they know me in there and how did they get the info etc. I sent it to them, they singed and notarized those and send those back to me.
