RFE Need help

My wife visited Ahmedabad passport office to get PCC from them after receiving her original local district PCC. Ahmedabad passport officials denied saying the letters fromm NVC must be in her address listed before they can issue PCC.

So, here I found a trick to generate RFE> I'm using that to make a unofficial RFE for missing passport PCC using the Jame's shortcut. THis is just to show to passport official to get clearance, not for submission to NVC.

I downloaded the template, but it's only two pages. First page is the address, barcode, and 3 paragraphs lisitng. Second page is RFE coversheet with barcode, address, and note that send only one case in one evelope with one RFE. That is all.

WHERE DO I LIST THE MISSING DOCUMENTS? THERE IS NO OTHER PAGE OR SPACE INDICATING THAT ON TEMPLATE. PLEASE HELP, MY CASE HAS DELAYED MUCH BECAUSE OF AHMEDABAD PASSPORT CLEARANCE PROBLEMS. PLEASE HELP.

If it were me, I would just include an additional sheet listing the missing documents,I've done it before with no problems.[/

Have you tried using IV cover sheet generated from James's shortcut? You can have your wife's name and address on it along with your NVC case number. I am going to try this sometime next week.
