Two I-130 Applications - only one check cashed

As the topic title suggests, I filed two I-130 applications in the same envelope for both of my parents. The check for one application was cashed three days ago, the other has not been cashed. I know the USCIS treats them as separate applications but that they try and keep them together. Should I be concerned that only check has been cashed?

Am not sure if USCIS keeps them together.

Did you have both I-130's clipped together or apart. I did two packets, with separate coversheets and each one held together with a ACCO clip at the top, I put each check in a small ziplock bag that was also held by the ACCO clip. They were both mailed in the same envelope.

I would keep checking to see if the other check has been cashed and if you receive the NOA1 and the other application has still not been cashed I would make an infopass appointment to get your local office to contact them.

Ok. Check was finally cashed several days later but both NOAs arrived together. Odd. </PANIC>
