Does anyone know if we will receive further instructions via e-mail or snail mail? Or is the link they give you to the instructions page for immigrant visa applicants our "notification" to begin applicant document processing?

Thanks, Dave and Marina

hi marina

I have recieved notification to pay aos fee which i paid about two months ago. Right after I paid the AOS fee I received an email to pay IV fee but have not received any correspondence to send the AOS FEE. I just want to know was it the case for your parents as well or yoyu had to send the AOS and the documents first.

thanks

Not sure what you mean...first you said you paid the AOS fee but then you said you didn't receive any correspondence to send the AOS fee. Are you paying on-line or through the mail? Have you paid both fees? Have you or the petitioner sent in the AOS docs to NVC?

We paid the AOS fee first and then sent the docs with the cover page that was generated on-line to NVC and now we have paid the IV fee and got the cover page generated on-line and will now be sending in the docs for the IV.

Make sense?

As soon as fee shows paid online you will then be able to print out the cover sheet (one for I-864 and one for the DS-230) which you need to send documents with. We didn't get anything in the regular mail.

Hi-

The only notification you will receive to send the docs is the cover sheet you print out when the AOS/IV fees show paid. Sign back in to your case here and then you should be able to print the cover sheets that are in paid status. Then just attach the cover sheet to all the documents you send into the NVC.

Good Luck!

Thanks for all the responses everyone! Now we just have to figure out a way to get my in-laws to send us the correct docs from Moldova so we can review them before sending them into NVC:)

Right after you log-in it should take you to the receipt screen and then you have to scroll down to the very bottom of the page and there should be five light blue boxes that look/read like this:

Print receipt E-mail receipt

Print doucment cover sheet E-mail document cover sheet

Go to the Affidavit of Support Processing Instructions (not a blue box-this is a link)

Finish

Click on the print document cover sheet and print out the PDF or you can e-mail it to yourself if you do not have access to a printer. You can go back and do the same thing for the IV document cover sheet but you have to "select" the receipt you want to view first. (AOS or IV)

thank you so much for your reply. i log back in and see the aos fee is paid but do not see anywhere instruction to print out the coversheet. only thing i see is the reciept for payment
