If you only knew our visa journey story! Now after a little over 3 years now we are still waiting. Haven't made it through the AOS yet cos we are always in BACKGROUND CHECKS!!!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrr. But Im so happy when others make it through. This process is a mess and don't get me going about how screwed up the system is!

Yup, I is sick....suffer from kidney trouble a lot. Well, it's a thorn in my side, but God's grace is sufficient.

Oh, sorry to hear that I hope you'll be ok soon nagi and may God bless you and your family.3 years of waiting seems too long for an approval for AOS?My goodness,I hope they will approve yours too soon!Good luck nagi.

Well, Im weak because some days I don't think i can stand much more of this journey.

0k, let me explain...the AOS didn't take 3 years . The whole process so far has taken a bit over 3 years. First petition we waited 9 months for an approval from USCIS and were caught up in the IMBRA thing. Denied ( cos we didnt find VJ when we first filed :P ). Second time around we were approved but held up at NVC in checks for some 40+ days. At Embassy level my husband had his first interview, then we were put on AP for 6 months, during which time he had a home visit then a second interview. After his visa was issued, he could not use it until 5 months later due to his health. He arrived last August, we married and filed for AOS. Had the interview last month and those lames cant make a decision YET. Why? Cos we are back in checks again. :angry:

He he,Sis Nagi your'e not alone:)My husband first filed for a k1 for me,but he is too daft and have some issues from the past,(and we still didn't know VJ that time also) and Denied..But we are not ready to give up,so we got married and will try to file for spausal visa this time:) :star:

Thank you! That's messed up , too. He went back to Egypt last month....he has a ticket to return on the 17th, so yes, at least he is here.
