My husband woke me up at 3 am calling me from the middle of the desert somewhere in Egypt. He wants me to start looking for cheap flights . 0i!

Olivia! I have no sound on my ding dong laptop (long story but it will not be around much longer...grrr!)

Very kewl Nawal. I saw the new music video of Medo and the dance group and reposted it on fB. Nagi I'm happy he's ready to come home.

I guess it is Labor Day in Egypt because Mubarak is giving a speech right now for the hard workers. It used to be the 1st of May every year but for the past couple of years he's given the speech a day or two before hand. He raises the salaries of the workers and then the prices rise, ie. inflation.

Nagi I'm doing okay...hangin in there. I have had so many people around me and now everyone is gone...so reality is starting to sink in. Lots of praying and things will be okay.

It's a chilly morning and I don't think it's going to warm up that much. I think Mother Nature is teasing us...gives us a taste of warmth and takes it right back.

Mother's day is coming so I better get on the ball if I'm going to order something for my mom. I have a habit of waiting til the last minute. Have a great day everybody!

0ups. I forgot about Mother's Day. Thanks for reminding me. Yeah, it is chilly this morning. I may have to turn the furnace back on. Did you mow your lawn yet, Maureen?

The furnace is on and the grass has been cut. There is still too much landscaping that needs to be done but looking forward to it. It was one looooooong winter and I just want to spend all the time outside as much as i can.

I mowed Monday but it looks like it needs it again. Yup, so much to do! Soon it will be planting time for those darn cannis of mine. It's such a job as I have hundreds of bulbs to get in the ground.

If it makes you feel better it snowed here yesterday. It didn't stick around though. That's Moscow for you. I'm still up collecting sounds for the radio drama. I have two classes tomorrow. Advance Broadcast News at 12:30 and Audio Production at 5. I think I've got enough audio for my assignment and it's time for bed. *yawns*
