I'm preparing my docs for NVC now, no we still don't have an NOA2... but I want to make sure I got all my ducks lined up.

I applied for Cenomar and it cost me Php195/copy. I got only 1 copy figured I'd just get another one next time.

Anyhoo, just wondering if I have to send this one in to NVC or not.

I'm applying for CR1 visa.

A CR1 petiton is based on marriage so clearly you dont need a CENOMAR but your marriage certificate.

CENOMAR is only needed if it is a K1 visa since there is no marriage yet and the petition is all about having a bonafide relationship and proof that both the petitioner and beneficiary have no legal impediment to enter into marriage .

Goodluck on your journey.

Correct, A CENMAR may be needed for K3 or CR1 at the interview. If you want to include it in the NVC package just send in a Xerox copy of the CENOMAR.
