feather!! HEY! :D filing at the same time again! I am still waiting in my NOA1 :( my husband laughs at me and calls it the Noah and asks if he is here yet :P

yeah took my money two weeks ago but still waiting for extension letter, run out in a few weeks here stupid USCIS! :bonk:

Aww, Flutter, I hope you get your Noah soon!! If only so the Husband will stop asking if your Noah is here! (Still, at least Mr. Flutter might know what an NOA is - mine saw me opening the envelope and said "what's THAT thing???", as if he'd never set eyes on such a thing before!! :D )

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

Sillly Mr. Feather should know better by now! Where has he been this whole time! :P Mr. Flutter only knows about Noah because I keep talking about it all the time and he says he needs to find this Noah too :P

He comes in the room and sees me on VJ and goes, "oh, your on THAT website again *rolls eyes*" and I say "Yep, because then I know what to do about immigration and wont get deported never to see you again" :D

No news here... still no biometrics. I'll call and put in a service request if I can bring myself to deal with 1-800-USELESS again after all this time. Blah.

How long after receiving the NOA should one wait for the biometrics letter before putting in a service request - 30 days? Or longer?

Seems to me not only the card production is delayed - everything else is on hold as well...

Well for me personally I havent got my NOA yet and I expire soon so I called the 1800 number and was told it was mailed out weeks ago right at the same time as the check was cashed and that they sent out my biometrics yesterday. As I expire this weekend I can do infopass which is what i am doing to get stamp or wait till next week (24th) which is when they can resend it. Hopefully biometics appear!
