processing times for Nebraska?Help!!

Hello Friends,

I checked USCIS page for Nebraska and it shows the receipt notice date 29/May/2006 for processing cases. Our NOA1 for I-130 is on 6th May and for I-129F is on 19th May. Does it mean that they processed our case? Does it mean that we will hear smth soon?

04/20/2006 NSC received it

05/04/2006 Our check has been cashed

05/06/2006 Received NOA1

08/21/2006 I-130 APPROVED (APPROVED IN 108 DAYS)

I-129F

05/11/2006 Sent I-129F to Chicago USCIS

05/13/2006 USCIS received it.

05/19/2006 Received NOA1

07/03/2006 Received IMBRA RFE

08/03/2006 RECEIVED NOA2 (APPROVED IN 76 DAYS)

08/16/2006 NVC forwarded case to embassy

11/15/2006 Interview/Approved/ Visa granted

I-129F for spouse are processed at NBC (formally MSC) not at the service centers as happens with the I-129F for fiance. NBC are currently showing processing petitions with a receipt date of March 05, however currently nothing is coming out of NBC with NOA1 receipt/received date of March 6 or later, since IMBRA (see IMBRA forum)

I-130's from NSC are processed at CSC and currently are showing as processing petitions with a receipt/received date of December 17, 2005.

So you have a bit of a wait yet for both petitions.
