My wife has e-mailed DS-3032 last Friday. Today, I received a case number along with the DS-3032 form and I called NVC and they said they also sent a copy of the DS-3032 form to my wife back home as well. However, if my wife sent in the e-mail authorizing me to be her choice of agent, does she still needs to sign the mailed DS-3032 form and sent it to NVC or once they accepted her request by e-mail, we can get rid of DS-3032. And can I still pay the 70 dollar fee for AOS online right away or I have to wait till NVC approves my wifes e-mail request. Thank you.

you dont have to mail the hardcopy of DS-3032 just emailing is fine.If you have already received the AOS bill u can pay it online.or u can check with NVC when it is generated ,get IIN ang pay it online. You dont have to wait for DS-3032 approval to pay this fee.

AOA,

First you should call NVC and give them your and your's wife email addresses. Secondly you both should receive in email DS-3032 and AOS Fee letter.

You need to get the DS-3032 email template from visajourney.com and then make necessary corrections and then send it through your wife email. How come your wife already send the DS-3032, before she needs the NVC Case number on the subject line of DS-3032 and in the body of DS-3032 email. Your wife does not need to sign the DS-3032 as long as she sends in the correct format the DS-3032 email.

Secondly you get AOS fee bill email, get the invoice number inside that email and address of the online payment page.

and pay the fees regardless of your wife sending the DS-3032. These are two different tracks. If you still have questions feel free to ask.

Good Luck.

God Bless
