Does anybody know the difference between a regular CENOMAR, and

there is one that has a Red Ribbon on it of Authentication.

I am wondering if anybody went to the interview and noticed the Filipina

needed a CENOMAR with a Red Ribbon on it. I'm not sure if this makes

a difference.

Thank you,

Charles

regular cenomar is sufficient for use within our country. Added red ribbon is for use outside Pi like mine. Took me one week for request of cenomar at NSO and one week for DFA process.

goodluck to your journey
