Hi all,

I'm new so I'd appreciate your help.

I came to the US almost a year ago to have an internship. I met my husband here. We got married 2 weeks ago. I still have over a month left till the end of my internship and I wanna start processing the paper work now. I've read a lot of posts but found no answer.

Do I have to file for a waiver if I'm here and not planing to go back to my home country Poland until after I have my green card. Or I need to do it regardless? And if I don't how will it influence my green card petition?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Magda
