NVC and consulate

Im curious if anyone else has the same issue.When we call the NVC,of course it says no record.However,Montreal has already sent the packet to Chris??? and well you cant call Montreal for anything you have to email them

if you called NVC and checked with the automated system it will say no record because K-1 is not entered into that system, you have to speak to a live person.....

They will have a record no matter how fast it goes through...you should ask them for your case # but if they have already sent the packet from consulate you will have it anyway soon enough.

I got the email from NVC, said they sent out the packag out to China on April 24. I called DHL, they said the package(s) were still hold on custom. Do you know how long it will take them to clear out at costom? month(s)? Thanks!
