They both contain the same info but one is called a sponsor staement which includes the name of the immigrant. BofA says both will cost me $10 dollars.

I got one of these for my 324 during the K-1 process but I don't remember BofA asking which type I wanted.. nor do I remember them charging me $10.

Does it matter if the statement includes my immigrant wife's (former fiancee's at time of enrty) name?
