for the past two months, they have been approving a couple petitions towards the end of the month which leads to a return of the timelines

but by the first week of the following month.....poof they go back to go slow and the timelines disappear

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

Welcome to US Letter May 19th

Card production ordered May 25th

ok guys how can i start preparing for when my noa2 is approved i got all his criminal record immigration record is that still ok to use since it has not been a year since he done them also his medical examen and vaccinations ,does he have to redo them since he did them in december 2008.please any recommendations is welcome since i need this process to be fast ,as u remember i got pregnant on my honeymoon and my wish and his ,is to be here for the birth which will be in january ,so any help will be apprecitated thanks erika

Oh yeah and today is our 6 months Anniversary! Yaaaaay! Ill get to see my husband in 3 weeks. Hopefully we are approved before that so I can go for my criminal records, translations and fill in the other forms.

Happy Anniversary. Your going for your Criminal Receords??? HUM who would of though you!!! LOL I know you mean the Police Cert.

Hang in their Hon, we are going to get thru this nightmare!!

Hahaahaha.. yeah.. haha I don't know why I wrote criminal records. Yep, I mean the police certificate! I will get it as soon as we get approved because it expires in 3 months, at least here. But first I have to fill in a form, go to the embassy then to get the certificate then somewhere else, then translations then again somewhere else then the embassy again and ready. It seems it will take a lot of time but it's only a couple of days, a week max.

Its been a while I havent logged in in over a week :wacko:

i saw 3 approvals for the 22 are we picking up again or is it just a trend .... ?

Okie Beth, any news after you sent package off to the head honcho lady. I havent tried to keep up recently give me the down low. How many days to trip now its fast approaching ?

I think the 20 hours a day at work are killing me i cant even type anymore.

Bets any news on an interview ... do you even still hang out with us and the cool crowd ?

I miss you all.... tear tear

Hey Courtney, I thought you had been kindnapped or something. LOL. Yes, hubby's inteview will be on the 13th of August and we are just sitting and waiting. tick tock tick tock. Beth and I were just saying we hadn't seen you on here in ages!!!! How are things with you guys????

ok and what i do with the police records that he had done in december will they still work and how about medical record and shots

Its a whole new ball game, he will need to get new police certificate, he will have to have another medical exam, but not the shots since he had them already. He will have to take his medical record when he gets new exam to show he had the shots already.

I suggest you read up on the embassy where he will interview, of what all is required, and I also would be at this interview since last one did not go so well.

Hey Courtney, nice to see yu again. No news yet, giving it till end of July, im so fed up the fight is not in me at times.

44 days till Im in Paris, that is only thing keeping me going at times.

tanks paris ,yes i do want to be at the interview but if the interview is in december or january its impossible for me to go ,they wont let a pregnant women fly after 7 months ,so thats why i would like to rush this jajaja which i know its not likely tio have same like like last time i was appoved after 45 days after i mailed my fiancee visa i had my noa2 ,that was just luck which i know it wont happend again but at least the least time i can to process will be great

I have one question: How did you find out you got approved before getting the hardcopy? Did you call? So no status change at all on the website??
