Ok, now is the time I should tell you all as well that I was approved on July 6th. Keeping Beth and others in mind, I did not want to announce it boldly here but put it on the bottom of my signature.

Anyways, yesterday NVC assinged Case numbers to my files. Now I dont know what. I know about Lingche's shortcut. But the answers to my questions are either with NAROCKS( I beleive she went through the same scenarios) or with NVC, as I know. However, let me post my question here as well.

What happens when a child is imvolved in cases like mine when NVC assigns Case number for theoir petition ? how is an infant to send DS-3032 and DS- 230. Anyone, if you have knowlede help me please and dont send me to Linches's shortcut.??? :):):)

The same forms need to be filled out one for you one for the infant, you as the parent can sign the form on behalf of the child. The oerson you ue for your ( adult ) Ds-3032 is the same you will send for the infant. NVC operatirs are a little more helpful than the USCIS.

One question is the infants father/mother listed on the birth certificate?

Just FYI my case was jsut my step sons going through the Bogota embassy. However for the 11 yesr the dad signed on his behalf. Hope this helps.. sry for the delay you can always pm me though :)

i called NVC today and spoke regarding my child's case and she asked if i am the biological father and i said yes. then she said I could sign for him since he is underage. And she said, DS-3032 is the only form that can be returend via EMAIL.

looking forward to getting those emails

Interview email recieved : Sept 2, Interview date is Oct 14

I've got some great news Castaways,, I heard from Washington this am, ,(remember when I got the 1st and only official RFE and they sent me the CRIS email June 8th of case resummed processing and etc. and will hear with 60 days, well even though I sent the 2nd bunch of evidence and they received July 14, well I dont have to wait a additional 60 days, Im still within the 1st and only RFE 60 days time limit, so I should know by August 8th, and they also told me Aug. 12th I will be in the 5 month mark, so ither way by August 12th the latest we will hear! Im so happy for that. So in about 21 days we will know. I can live with that easily of having a deadline date. Knowing a date deadline gives a person some sanity.

Truly happy!!!

Well Bets, remember that letter I sent you, I cut it alot, pointed on the Highlights and sent it to her yesterday in a email.Also asking aobut my 60days RFE , I was so glad when she said 60 days from June 8th. :dance: I feel like my spirit has come back, and ready for round #2 LOL

Called NVC again and the AVR system message is changed. Now it says,

" Ds-3032 , choice of agent and address has been sent to the beneficiary on July 21st. on the same date, A copy of the DX-3032 and AOS fee bill has been sent to the petitioner. please fill and return the ds-3032 forms to NVC per the instructions. AOS fee bill must be paid to st. luis office before any further processing. blah blah blah...."

Can I email them the completed forms now? or should i wait to recievethe package ? any help appreciated. Thanks

OOOhhhh PARIS! GREAT NEWS! I am super happy for you!! Hopefully we will hear good news soon. We will hit the 5months mark on the 11th as well..
