haha, thanks again.. she has to go one more time after she gets the passport to get her brown medical package.. so I'm probably going to go out in 2 to 3 weeks to pick her up.. I'm not taking any chances at the POE here..

I-130 STAGE 1 : 533 days - 1 year 6 months (4/16/2007 to 9/22/2008)

Priority Date I-130 : 4/16/2007 ( 533 days , APPROVED 9/22/2008)
Transferred to local office based on "security checks" : 11/27/2007
wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)
5/2/2008 - (lawsuit) Writ of Mandamus - OFFICIAL DATE (7/29/2008)
9/22/2008 - CALL AND EMAIL COPY OF APPROVAL NOTICE FROM LAWYER

NVC STAGE 2 : 99 days - 3 months (9/30/2008 to 1/7/2009)
NVC Received : 9/30/2008
Received Packet 3 (I-864/DS-230) : 11/10/2008
NVC says "RFE sent out 12/9/08 for missing documents" : 12/10/2008
CASE COMPLETE - 1/7/2009

Interview Date : 12/9/2013, originally 12/3, stupid lawyer filled out her dad's passport number wrong..

Interview Passed : 12/9/2013

Visa "Issued" on CEAC : 12/10/2013

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )
I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png

NAROCKS, I wish i had seen your post earlier. My wifey sent me her ds-3032 and ds-230 via fedex today. Not to worry, she can do the same for the child as well. Just more money. :wub:

Your question is a bit vague. Can you please elaborate.

just to understnad, I-130 is for CR1/IR1 and 129F is for Fiance AKA K1 or married Spouse (K3)

NOW you may wonder what is CR1 and IR1 and why the same form. CR1 is for those who are married less than 2 years, and IR1 is more than 2 years, just to simplify. However, you dont specify that . it is the USCIS or consular's job to specify when it comes to approval or VISA.

So what timeline are you trying to change :innocent:?

NOA1 recieved NOV 8, 2008

Approval: approval email "Approval Notice Sent on July 6." Hard copy recieved on July 11

pardon my noseyness, but how is it that you are going from an approved K1 to CR1 now?

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

Go to MY ASSIATANTS, "Above" and click on Edit Timeline. There is where you fix your information.

ok let me explain i did a k1 a fiancee visa,that was in sept well in march they rejected my petition so i married in may now i filed a cr1 or i130 for my husband ,but ive gome to edit time to change my info and went change

sorry trying type fast well i have tryied to change it but all its does is change my k1 to cr1 but that s all

paris i did do that and when i put submit this is what comes out

is cause your old timeline is still showing.

you must have created a timeline with an existing email.. when you enter the timeline, you need to enter the email too..
