Congratulations to SIMPS and LGG and GOGO

Ok, now is the time I should tell you all as well that I was approved on July 6th. Keeping Beth and others in mind, I did not want to announce it boldly here but put it on the bottom of my signature.

Anyways, yesterday NVC assinged Case numbers to my files. Now I dont know what. I know about Lingche's shortcut. But the answers to my questions are either with NAROCKS( I beleive she went through the same scenarios) or with NVC, as I know. However, let me post my question here as well.

What happens when a child is imvolved in cases like mine when NVC assigns Case number for theoir petition ? how is an infant to send DS-3032 and DS- 230. Anyone, if you have knowlede help me please and dont send me to Linches's shortcut.??? :):):)

The same forms need to be filled out one for you one for the infant, you as the parent can sign the form on behalf of the child. The oerson you ue for your ( adult ) Ds-3032 is the same you will send for the infant. NVC operatirs are a little more helpful than the USCIS.

One question is the infants father/mother listed on the birth certificate?

Just FYI my case was jsut my step sons going through the Bogota embassy. However for the 11 yesr the dad signed on his behalf. Hope this helps.. sry for the delay you can always pm me though :)

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

Receipt date is based on when they log it into their system. If you mail it late July then it will more than likely not get logged in until August. I did delivery confirmation through USPS. Good luck!

Good morning Castaways, yes its another week, another week of what? more #######, heartache, and disapointment. yes Im put out with USCIS and their un-professionalism. We are giving it till end of July to see what happens. In September I will be in Paris, and much needed time with my love/husband, and will make plans from there if needed.

This is a ngihtmare NOBODY should endure.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

That is sweet bunzarelli, I keep hoping. Have not felt much like posting, after a while in this nightmare, a person loses all interest in normal daily things. But I'em happy to see a few approvals out there.

Good luck and hang in there.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Sure hope this is just venting because it has an influence and I'm not so sure its a good one. Until we receive a denial there's no need for any drastic action so I think its time to buck up and find some strength to hang in there.
