Beth,

Hopefully this will be all they need to get off their bums and get this thing approved. I am thinking you will have you answer by the end of July.

awww, that is so sad.. :crying: :crying: and you were trying to do what I wanted to do too.. (go back if everything else goes bad).. but if you do, you can also do a DCF too.. so that's another option you can think of.. this is if everything else fails.. go back and live a few years, then you can apply for DCF (the few years will make it look better).. then both of you can come once again.. just like me this time.. I'm so excited this time to go back.. finally (after 7 times coming back alone), she will sit beside me on the plane ride back.. that may be small , haha, but it makes me excited.. I always had to travel back alone.. haha, we are pretty much the same.. I have known her for 4+ years now, and went back 7 times..

Well CSC is receiving the 10 pound binder of our relationship today, and Washington is being emailed when CSC receives it. Got another call from a higher up in USCIS, so maybe they will process the evidence faster then the 30 days as it took them before.

Along with a nice long letter of other tib bits. Seen too much fake ####### in immigration, and etc. So giving it till end of July before I do anymore with calling or emailing.

you will make it my friend , you will .

YA ALAH Bless Our Joureny To The End , Ameen

I still haven't received the call-in letter.. is it for real? haha, I know it has only been one week (and of course I called again today to DOS and asked about it), but it feels like a long time.. My wife said they use "EMS" which is supposedly really fast.. next day delivery, since it is all inside the country of China.. that's why I'm not celebrating just yet.. you never know what other excuses they come up with (ex. we sent it out, and you didn't receive it, so you aren't getting approved).. something like that.. with them, anything is possible..

im sorry but can anyone tell me if i ghave to pay a seperate i130 for my husband daugter ,and if so can i put one first anthen a month later put hers please help

Each person you petition for must be filed seprately, so YES you must pay the fee twice, one fee for each petition/

best to send both petitions at the same time, but write out 2 seprate checks for each petition. Best wishes on your filing.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Also, you dont need a G-325A form on your child. But make sure you send them together and not seprate, cause down the road may take too long to pair them up!!

Truly happy!!!

You need to file both the petitions together if you want your husband and daughter immigrate together. That is the way they can consolidate your petitions. Just went through USCIS myself, I petitioned for my wife and my son. keep an eye on your petitions after filing thought. They can easily be seperated just like in my case. And that will take long time to discover, and short time to approve after found, and then conslidated. That is what happened to my case, and i waited for 8 months exact for approval.

Also you must pay the petition fee seperately for the both the petitions. Good luck. :)

Beth, How is everything?

GoGo, I hope you get your answerws soon fron The consulate.

Those of you that are in NVC !! I dont have NVC case number yet. Why is it taking so long , Any idea, well meaning speculations :) they tell me it takes 90 days, is that true. I want to get this whole process done with as soon as i can. well, sorta i am dreaming , i know
