Called cis today, the person i spoke with said it hasn't been assigned to an officer yet and generally should be done within 5-6 months even thought it hasn't been assigned (it's been over 3 months now). I had a feeling it wasn't assigned, even though a month ago when i called, the lady i spoke with said it's in adjudication with an officer, ironically the day after that it received a touch. Now i know it's been sitting the entire time and it feels much better to know the truth, then to have a touch that means nothing.

Have a good weekend guys and congrats to gogo on his latest update. Beth, i do hope you hear something soon, i really wish i knew why they were taking so long.

I-130 - 03/30/09

NOA1 - 04/07/09

NOA2- 08/03/09

NVC 10/16/09

Interview (Moscow): December 15, 2009 (Successful)

Hi Mohan bahadur,

actually I don't trust them one bit.. Everything they say most of the time is a lie.. just like Paris's troubles too.. they can't seem to do anything right and always giving different answers.. but at least I have proof now with this latest letter about "no more ineligibilities" and "ready for issuance".. I told her to print it out and slam it in their face if they start yapping again.. otherwise I'll do it next time at the American Citizen Hour.. hehe.. are you having any troubles recently?

GOGO, do you really think they are tricking you?? :innocent: but why??

Regardless, your discovery of emails helped me, I think, i my approva. I have nto recieved the NOA2 yet

I feel for all those that are still waiting for the approval. My heart goes out to Beth, more so. She is trying all she can and yet, they keep asking for documents.

Now, I am lost on the NVC process. I thought it would be easier. but yet, they have not assinged case numbers. So that means moving on from USCIS does not mean I have control over my life. I still am very much under someone elses mercy. :bonk: #######

so how are you doing Paris? at least they are notifying you of missing documents now.. the USCIS at Washington is much better actually.. I have called them (202 number) a few times before I had my first approval, and they told me they were going to call the local office and then call me back (which they did).. but seeing as how much messed up it was, they couldn't do anything.. haha, I know my story won't help.. but just telling you they are much nicer than the customer service 1-800 number that every calls.. did you need help in anything? and that goes for everyone here too.. at least before I start hugging/kissing my wife when she gets here, I can help others as well.. because when I start, I won't be online for a few days..

where the hell are all these approvals that csc would start rolling in?!!

its been 8 days since the last approval

this is wild seeing 4 and 5 k1 ppl approved in a day and NONE of the cr1 ppl

I dont know, but I got a phone call today from USCIS Wasington, DC. Need to get them a couple of things , so Im overnighting what they want by Friday, and we will see what the following week brings for me and my husband.

Im not approved, Washington DC called me and asked me to send emails, chats, logs and phone bills of the on going relationship of myself and my husband. I UPS them just now a 10 binder of all evidence from Nov. 2006 to the present. they asked for it, they will get it tomorrow 07/14/09

So lets see how long it takes them to review this, LOL. I did neatly mark all, with a index sheet of all the sections, plus all the info and docs of when we tried to apply for marriage in France.

Last 5 days have been rough, working on all of this, 2 1/2 years cant be pulled off in 1 day, thats why Ive been gone, plus my heart is not in VJ anymore with all this going on, I had to concentrate on this project, for this is our life and our future in their hands. Love to all!

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Awww... that is sucky. WTH??? This makes no sense to me at all, to be frank. Why are the diving in on you and not the same way with everyone else?

I'm sorry Paris, I was hoping for good news. Well, on the bright side, they'll be approving you soon and they'll have no choice as they've made an easy job harder for themselves.

Plus, you'l get to to see your hubby soon.

Don't be a stranger okay? We're all going through the turmoil that is immigration together despite wonky timelines.

best, okay?

I'm sorry LGG, Ive been so consummed with all of this, it is a true awake nightmare. Im so sick over this, I truly feel ill.

It just feels like it will not end, but knowing I will be in Paris Sept 6th is the only thing keeping me breathing now.

I pray they process the evidence quick like all other RFE and end this nightmare so we can move forward in our life together.

Ive not left you Castaways, I need a bit of time to get thru this, and I usually handle it myself. Its the way I'em.

Truly happy!!!

IM NOT GOING TO YELL, I will keep trying one option left if denied. I-129F for a Un-consummated marriage, "even though our marriage is consummated, he qualfies for a Non Immigrant Visa, its a Ficance' visa, and we qualify, actually more then qualify, been together 2 times in past 2 years, and 2 1/2 years of emails, chats, and email & chat logs. LOL Comes right out of the State Dept Foreign Affairs manuel.

But maybe they will pass the K3 petition instead, I dont care, anyone will do for us now.

Then if that dont work, well they can keep my passport as I leave the USA forever!

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

awww, that is so sad.. :crying: :crying: and you were trying to do what I wanted to do too.. (go back if everything else goes bad).. but if you do, you can also do a DCF too.. so that's another option you can think of.. this is if everything else fails.. go back and live a few years, then you can apply for DCF (the few years will make it look better).. then both of you can come once again.. just like me this time.. I'm so excited this time to go back.. finally (after 7 times coming back alone), she will sit beside me on the plane ride back.. that may be small , haha, but it makes me excited.. I always had to travel back alone.. haha, we are pretty much the same.. I have known her for 4+ years now, and went back 7 times..

awww, that is so sad..

Well CSC is receiving the 10 pound binder of our relationship today, and Washington is being emailed when CSC receives it. Got another call from a higher up in USCIS, so maybe they will process the evidence faster then the 30 days as it took them before.

Along with a nice long letter of other tib bits. Seen too much fake ####### in immigration, and etc. So giving it till end of July before I do anymore with calling or emailing.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
