where the hell are all these approvals that csc would start rolling in?!!

its been 8 days since the last approval

this is wild seeing 4 and 5 k1 ppl approved in a day and NONE of the cr1 ppl

I dont know, but I got a phone call today from USCIS Wasington, DC. Need to get them a couple of things , so Im overnighting what they want by Friday, and we will see what the following week brings for me and my husband.

Hopefully you hear some good news next week then Beth.

I still have had no changes since June 9th, not to sure I should get husband to call again either. Last time he called he was told not to call back until September:(

Trying to stay positive but it's getting harder and harder.

Although my NOA1 was in April, I was told by an officer today that "If you are an US citizen the petition for spouse is pretty fast and takes 5-6 months" Wanted to go through the phone and kick him where the sun don't shine.... 5-6 months isn't fast....

:( i thought i should take a long break so may be i can get something Good but still nothing for me.. wondering why its too late.. hubby called day before yesterday and lady said she will email the officer and tell us whats going on with case..i m running out of patients ladies.. really this visa journey needs a lot patients...Good my dear fellows march filers..

lmao they are so used to processing 10 yr petitions that 5 months seems like a couple seconds

Bunzarelli, are you saying that the approval dated 07/08/09 for C and K was an expedite? :( I was starting to get hopes, thinking that USCIS started processing our types of petitions, now I am down again, being away from my love ones is too painful.

Regardless, your discovery of emails helped me, I think, i my approva. I have nto recieved the NOA2 yet

I feel for all those that are still waiting for the approval. My heart goes out to Beth, more so. She is trying all she can and yet, they keep asking for documents.

Now, I am lost on the NVC process. I thought it would be easier. but yet, they have not assinged case numbers. So that means moving on from USCIS does not mean I have control over my life. I still am very much under someone elses mercy. :bonk: ####### :angry:
