Beth, sorry to hear about the internet lines.

I really hope everyone gets what they need soon, if it is a visit or a NOA2.

I got good news yesterday, I might get to go see my hubby end of August again. YAYYYYYYY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im so excited and I cant hide it ... :dance::dance:

hello all,

i heard that cis was really backed up with work and is starting to pick up now. i do hope we all receive approvals soon. i am starting to feel the effects of depression.

Good Monday Castaways, been a long and grueling weekend. Im kind of glad its over with. Hope all is well, its another week, Im not sure if that is good or not. LOL the waiting is taking its effects on me.

For those of us waiting for interviews, we can call on Friday to see if anyone got lucky enough to get August. I seriously doubt we will get one but that's ok cause guess what, September interview dates are NEXT. Hang in there Beth!!!

To top it all off , walked out side to get in my car and go to work, and had a flat, UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a good way to start the day. Thank God for a wonderful neighbor who changed it for me. Good luck this Friday, fingers will be crossed for you Bets, and many prays said this week.

Well Happy Monday all, for Im glad this crash & burn weekend is over, been a rough one.

I think Friday will also be my schedule day to re-email Mr. DD. He told me 30days for a answer, and July 8th will be 30, will gie him a couple of extra days for just in case. God see us all thru this nightmare journey, and give us strength.

I'm getting all excited and writing down all stuffs that i wanna bring over to US.

So far, i've managed to buy a set of pedicure items... for a DIY pedicure.

Nothing else comes to my mind.. i got an empty suitcase in my room and i'm waiting for an inspiration

to strike and tell me what i would need. Hehehe. :rofl:

i've been working on getting my transcripts for future employment or studies in US.

If i'm going to look for work in US, do I need to give them original transcripts from schools?

Or I can just show them the original and give them copies?

Need some directions about this... coz if i have to give originals, I'd ask the school to issue multiple copies.

I-864 Package Generated - no need/online payment

I am about to blow.. I called DOS this morning with my wife, and they said that they are "still working on the case".. I asked how long, and they replied that they don't know and that they are still working on it.. what other problems are there on my case?

I wrote the Guangzhou Consulate an angry email and sent it 4 times.. My wife sent end of last week, and I sent one yesterday, but we didn't get a response.. Why are they not approving my case? I have seen other people who apply twice and get the approval.. :crying: :crying:

I-130 STAGE 1 : 533 days - 1 year 6 months (4/16/2007 to 9/22/2008)

Priority Date I-130 : 4/16/2007 ( 533 days , APPROVED 9/22/2008)
Transferred to local office based on "security checks" : 11/27/2007
wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks

its been 8 days since the last approval

this is wild seeing 4 and 5 k1 ppl approved in a day and NONE of the cr1 ppl

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

Welcome to US Letter May 19th

I dont know, but I got a phone call today from USCIS Wasington, DC. Need to get them a couple of things , so Im overnighting what they want by Friday, and we will see what the following week brings for me and my husband.
