Guess I'll pass, then.

Morning Castaways, new week, new hope. My last touch was officially was Thursday, and found out Friday, officer is working on my petition, still shows pending etc. but we all know USCIS does not always change status with the On Line case status. Best wishes for all this short work week.

So watch the On Line Case Status and your U.S. Mail!!!

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

no, I just sat on something.. no, you should get approved.. at least one of us will be moving along..  This morning I called DOS again, and spoke twice (of course, I need two confirmations before I truly believe them)..

First time : a guy answered and I told him my wife received the waiver on Friday, but we were told it would be deleted from the system.. I asked him should we fill it out.. he said : "you can regard or disregard that".. Inside I was going #######?? but I repeated what I originally said, and then he said : "no you don't , but it would be better so we can continue your case.. also, we will contact her when it is ready".. what is ready?? (the visa or a new waiver??)..

Second time : a lady answered and told us "how did you know you had a waiver?" I just told her : "I recently called this morning, and the guy told me".. she said they aren't supposed to give out anything, and that they were supposed to only tell me I am still under "AP" and that I had an interview in April 2009.. (no ######, how did they figure that out?? also, I went to the freaking interview and stood outside waiting, so I should know the time and date)...

so basically I'm not getting anywhere again.. I'm going to call again and see what is happening and see if I can get another different answer..
