Our offices have confirmed with the Department of State that the petition is still at the consulate. They have not yet returned it.

Our offices are working with the State Department to ensure that they are aware of all the facts, and to ensure they know that we have found no basis why your petition should be revoked. The final decision of whether to issue your wife an immigrant visa rests with the consulate. Hopefully the additional information we are providing will allow them to move forward.

thank you.. I really hope that he can help me.. I usually reply to his "short" emails with long paragraphs of our long fight.. this last reply after this message was about 5 paragraphs.. I hope he knows I am really serious about fighting and sending emails to everyone.. I told him I will do that, regardless of what he says..

=========

a little piece of what I wrote..

I need to take care of them (parents), but I also need to take care of my wife. This decision to move back is really hard for me to decide, but I have to responsible for my own family (my wife) as well as my parents. I am deciding to take leave of absence (or resign) at the end of the year to go back to China and live with her. The money I earn will not be sufficient (nor will it be as the same as I earn now in the government), but at least we will be together. That is all I ask and all I hope for. Money is not important to me. Lost money can be made back, but lost love cannot. Also, I cannot make back for the time I lost with her these past 4 years. I know that you cannot do anything and cannot make decision for anyone's case, but I just want you to know my story. We pray everyday that we can be together. I gave her a promise the very first day we were together. I promised her that I will call her everyday, either through the phone or webcam. I have kept that promise for 1600 days now, and I will continue to do that until the day I die. I want her to know that I love her very much, and will always be there for her.

It is very frustrating. To be at this stage of the game and wait 3 months to get an interview. In my mind that is unacceptable. I think I would also feel better about it if I knew that once he had his interview we were home free. Egypt unfortunately chooses to put almost everyone in AP for no reason. God this SUCKS

yea it sucks to have yoru I130 approved in less than 2 months and be waiting like that

in essence you will probably take the same time from date sent to interview as ppl who waited the entire 6 mths for an I130 approval

that is very sad :crying: :crying:

Good morning castaways, and there is a lot of us feeling the Castway syndrome. Its to the point I throw up my arms, and say De'Hell with it, it will come when God says, not USCIS. We look to the officials, when we need to look towards God. Everything happens for a reason, in Gods agenda for us all. No Im have not turned religious, but for the record, yes I believe in God and I pray. I think I came to my sences this am while on drive to work talking to my husband, we had a "Normal" minute, and that we have not had for a long time, I laughed, and I heard myself, my husband told me he missed hearing me laugh, at that minute I knew I would fight with everything in me for us, for him.

So for all awaiting approval, hang in there, it will come, all we can do is live our life the best we can, knowing one day our dream will be complete cause we will be with our loved ones. Now for me, Im getting back to work in this silly "government" job I have, and keep the dream alive in my heart and head of my life with my husband. I love you Mohand , you are my heart, my strength, and my life.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Now, thats the Spirit paris. I applaude you!! I have a feeling you get your approval today or Monday. let's all dance :dancing::dancing::dancing: for the Positive thoughts here...

Sure, this process takes emotional toll on everyone, yet it is out of our control . And it is always futile to stress over things that are out of our hands. We all be at peace if we Simply let HIM, God, Allah, Ram, Buddha, Higher Power, Or who ever That Omnipotent is , to take care of those Uncontrolable situations that we go throuh at many turns of our lives.

Now Back to a Question, well three. :D

1. Can one take pictures with Prescription Glasses for the Photo RFE I recieved the other day, or do I need to remove my Specs ?

2. Out of the two pages on the RFE, which one do I send back with my photos? The Blue one says keep this for your records.

3. If I were to Fedex or UPS the package , Is there a seperate address for the courriers at the CSC ?

Thanks all for replying
