Hello everyone. I am ready to get the NVC done with and put to bed. Anyone have any idea how long it takes to finish your case once they log your DS 230 into the system??

Called USCIS a minute ago, nice officer, said RFE is in mail room, I explained my concern, verified again they had received it, then said dont worry, it will be fine/ It will be fine, okay Im in witch mode, what the hell does that mean? Did he have crystal ball out? Im sorry. Its soooooo frustrating. 19 days ago since they received evidence, come on lets get on with it, this is our LIFE!!!!

I know its only 11:24 am central time here, but already UGH! patience ran out a while ago.

I knew they received it on May 20th I tracked package until I seen who signed for it and what time they signed for it. So no progress made today!

i've been trying to track the timelines of VJers to see if there is a pattern at this time of the year

i figure every year they have work visas to process around this time

but i can't seem to find any patterns

this process is so unpredictable

i honestly don't think the ENTIRE process, from you file to your interview should have to take more than 6 mths

its just so cruel

When will I hearrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr? 19 days and nothing since they got RFE evidence. This is worse then waiitng before i knew about RFE.

the deadline is June 11th, per RFE to get them the evidence, wonder if that will be the day they process my evidence????? 3 more days till then. Im not going to make it! UGH!!!

keep bugging them everyday until then.. maybe you can even record the message, since they record our conversations anyway.. use that in your lawsuit (haha) later on.. I should have done these, but didn't.. since whenever they answer, they have to give your their ID.. I didn't do that too (keep a log of all the IDs and when I called them)..
