Girrrrlllll!!! You know mine took 2 weeks so give it at least that long. Are you getting any touches??? Remember I got a bunch of touches right before we got approved. I called NVC today and they said they were finished reviewing our affidavit of support and it was fine and now they are waiting for our ds230 then we should be done at NVC. I can't hardly believe it. The bad news is then we start dealing with Cairo and we all know how pleasant they are

Okay if this is a honeymoon baby, then your not a K1 filer, but a K3 or a CR1 filer (married petition) K1 is for ficance visas.

And being pregnate dont make the process faster. So post any questions, we will be glad to help and guide you best as we can.

They do the DNA test to prove it was a honeymoon baby and that the pet and ben are the parents..

lets see ummm obviously me back in the USA ... have to say not so thrilled to be home but i am here and it appears I am stuck here.

This last trip was the best trip ever at the end and the first two days were AWFUL.

I have to say I have been staying away from VJ lately I do not think it is helping me to be irritated seeing how stagnent the process has become. where as people before who had waited as long as me were already half way through NVC then me kicking myself in the teez for having the issue I did in February that kept me from getting married and fileing.

I truely feel casted away by the USCIS. I hope one day we will have leaders in our goverment that go through this same process and thus realize its COMPLETELY FLAWED.

I am off to facebook to play with friends and then to clean the house.

Bets Beth ... hope your having a good weekend thus far. Im thinking momken hanging out with friends today because I dont have to work until next Wed. Its very strange for me 2 1/2 weeks off.. whew...

Wait, are you the U.S. Citizen? They may not require DNA testing cause your the U.S. Citizen. Your not the one trying to enter U.S. so most likely DNA is not necessary.

But You should not do the DNA testing USCIS will order it, they will not accept your doing of DNA, they can say the results obsolute, its done at the lab they order to do it if it is needed.

Dont ever hide ANYTHING from USCIS, nor lie to them, it can and will cause a VISA denial and a possible 10 year ban for beneficiary into the USA. Intent to commit fraud also can be seen by USCIS, so always be truthful when asked a question by USCIS

Hey Dumpling! Yeah I saw your posting, Hon, its a false RFE, they are waiting for the DS-230 which you sent, that is all. This will be cleared up by mid week!!!! NOTHING is wrong!!!!!

No news, but did get letter from USCIS, it was dated May 14 and they just mailed it Tuesday, it was telling me of my Service Request of send me the damn RFE, LOL boy they are behind in mailing and everything. NO touches to case yet, I think by next Friday I will get some kind of word or received evidence resume processing, etc etc.
