Hi tomuts.. the blue slip is considered a "pending slip".. that is way ahead at the interview at your consulate... but it could be different colors at each country, you do have to find out.. What I'm trying to say is we didn't get approved.. they said we are under name checks again As you can tell from my signature, I had lots of work to do because of that.. I still have the letter from the FBI, and hope to use it again next time.. even the FBI said that security checks normally just take 72 hours (so I gave them a week to finish).. but as you can see ours took forever, so I knew something was up..

I am just curious has anyone else noticed no approvals in like 6 days ?????

Did the system quit printing or the adjudications officers just disappear ? any ideas should we call is the system down ?

Yes i am antsy today, i cant sleep and the sun just starting coming out. Its the day I pack this ALWAYS happens.

I wish I was positive like you with my case, I just cant help to wonder what did happen to my evidence? The newspapers/pictures, receipts of transactions minutes apart, one was 30 second apart, is that not proof we were at same place, same time? Is that not proof enough? If this dont get it, then we are lost. My worst fear is a denial.

3 newspapers purchased after our wedding date, after I arrived in France, but yet dated BEFORE I left Paris and mostly before USCIS got our petition in early March. Same for the receipts of our ATM cards. I highlighted his crd number on receipts, dates, times and the place, same for my receipts, layed out next to each other, with copies of our ATM cards to see and match for themselves. All neatly written out. Package being delivered to them today, I just traced on it.

Sometimes I think I should of sent the original newspapers, but was afraid too. Pray for us folks.

Hey when are you leaving? Oh laptop is being delivered today, so now I will have internet at house once again, I sure missed it. Go get toenails done, what about a nice bright simple color with a flower on big toes only?

Will let ya all know when USCIS gets it. Wonder how long till I hear from them? Will give it to end of month before I call June 1st. Pray they wont deny it, I dont know what else or how else to prove to them we were together for honeymoon.

Mohan, once mine was assigned to a officer, it took 3 weeks for them to start processing the petition.

It was assigned to a officer April 14 and RFE was originally ordered May 2nd.

So give it one more week, Im sure you will have approval by end of May.

Wow Everyone's case is moving forward now.. ... Hey Paris i m sure u'll have ur approval soon..

Still nothing from my side. they touched the case on 30th april and after that no more touch or no Answers even if u call..

I have had no movement on my case no touches or anything since mar 05 and mar 26th but yesterday my wife went out to the market and the tailor and started getting the alterations for the clothes that she will give to my family. She says the she can feel and believe that something will happen real soon for our case.
