Morning Castawasy,

Well still no RFE in mail, but yet USCIS keeps touching my petition. Will check in late am to see if touched today.

Last night lap top went out, barley a 2 months old, I think fan mal-functioned, need to see what the deal is on that this pm.

So any news?, Bets, waiting to hear from you when you return from Lexington.

For me I'm at work, decided to take Friday as personal day, still going to USCIS Houston if nothing comes via email or in U.S. mail about RFE Thursday end of day.

Another day, another day of waiting for news.

No news on selling house looks like I will be renting it. It will give me a little extra stability in case I hate the beach I will always have the house to come back to. Plus I really LOVE my red living room and choc. and tapioca kitchen ... I dont know what I will do when I cant paint my walls whatever color I want. I am also assuming there will be no more painting once I get there do not want to damage floors... not taking any chances.

I finally got news on my passport it has been 6 weeks. They appologized said there would be a mass mailing some time this week call back at 5 to get the exact date. WTH....... I have to wait on everything and on top of that the guy said the system has been malfunctioning all day.

aparently it isnt just USCIS it is also the US Passport issuance agency as well.

I made a deal with myself I am not going to Jordan if I do not have the passport by 20th. So if it isnt here it isnt here I am not going.

Beth, what time is your info pass apt ?? It seems very strange to me that you are getting all these touches and yet ... no RFE.... but hey maybe they are getting your NOA2 ready for you.... getting ahead because they know your going to start calling again

i bought a new pair of eyeglasses today. USD25.

dang waste of money.

beth, how much does a pair of contacts cost there? Here it's around USD40.

if it is cheaper there, i'd just wait until i get there and make do with glasses.

anyhoo, still no news from me since i got my case number and gave them our email adds.

and i think i caught a flu.

i'm watching movies with friends on Friday.

when I buy my contacts my clears run me 20 USD a box and my colors about 30 a box. It depends on the brand though my Acuvues seem to be a little more expensive. so are the wear 30 days at a time I cant remember the brand name. I am bad to my eyes I wear mine weeks at a time. My allerges are awful if I take them out there is no way in heck that I am getting them in when I wake up in the morning.

I agree it is a dang waste of money.

I hope you dont have the flu and if you do I hope you get better before you Friday movie night. Just curious what are you going to see ?

Laptaop was Gateway, have to mess with it this eveing, but I order a notebook, I needed one anyways, so problem 1/2 solved.

Passport, dont remind me, I must send mine in, but a bit stand-offish due to delays and etc. Everything else is in married name, but passport. We will see what USCIS says 7am Friday when I go, then decide about passport name change.

Yes 3 touches, I will check around 11 am today for touch, usually if being touched, its by then. 11 days since "RFE" issued, hum, maybe said to keep me from my weekly call, but will know Friday.

Painting, yes , I need to finish mine, ceilings mainly, and find a new wall paper for kitchen. Cant find anything that truly jumps at me for kitchen, but will find it one day.

Okay, got morning meeting, lets see what these Air heads have to say today!! UGH!!!

My NOA1 is dated Feb 06 2009, as yet I still have no indications that it has been touched... I'm patiently waiting and preparing the NVC packet during this "slow" period. I'm going to talk to my wife about getting a visitor's visa to come see me. With any luck, she'll be able to stay long enough to travel with me back to the Phils for her interview and medical screening. Then we can travel back home together, never to part.

I'm going to talk to my wife about getting a visitor's visa to come see me. With any luck, she'll be able to stay long enough to travel with me back to the Phils for her interview and medical screening. Then we can travel back home together, never to part.

That would be nice, its easier thru this process when you can be withyour loved one. She will have to show strong ties of reasons to return to Phil. for her visitors visa . With USCIS that is a 50/50 shot. Good luck on that and with your I-130 journey.
