04/16/2009 Received pink notice of medical exam needed

04/17/2009 Had medical exam done by Civil Surgeon (have to return on Tuesday 04/21/2009 forResults)

04/24/2009 Papers delivered to Lees Summit (MSC) :o)

05/07/2009 Received email from CRIS that EAD card has been ordered & should arrive within 30 days

05/08/2009 Received email from CRIS that EAD Approval Notice was sent

05/09/2009 Received EAD card in mail YAAAAAY

05/12/2009 Applied for Social Security Card

05/15/2009 NOA received with I-485 interview date 07/20/2009

07/21/2009 Email received " Card Production Ordered " YAAAAY 139 days!

07/24/2009 Welcome letter received! & Approval of I-130 also received! Yaaay

Goodmorning everyone! Hope this week is going to bring many good things to our little posse. Beth, hope you get that stupid RFE in the mail today. I have a busy day. My 13 year old leaves for her school trip to Chicago in the morning and I leave for Lexington to be with my sister during her spine surgery. My cell phone died yesterday and I have some mystery thing on my eyeball. Other than that I should have a relaxing Monday. :whistle:

k, still no NVC case number for me.

I'm off to sleep, I'm attending cooking class tomorrow morning.

Maybe I'll get a hair treatment after or a foot pedicure... hummm.. sounds relaxing.

Should we just keep calling NVC and one day it will just say that we have NVC# already?

Coz right now all it says is that it has not received our file yet. I mean the AVR says that not an actual person.

Sounds like a full day for you. This week will be full for me, I have training this week starting at 12pm till 5 pm Friday. So if Im not around much, you know where Im at.

I send you my prays for your sisiter, and if you need a should, welll you have my cell number, Im always here for you Bets.

Make sure you get your eye looked at today, and have safe trip to Lexington. Talk with you later.

I noticed the system was down yesterday and when I logged in there was a touch this morning for yesterday..... :blink: was it another system update ? anyone know ?

just remember smiles and sunshine hearts and stars ... :)

Yes mine showed a touch also, maybe CSC will get glitch out of their system now. So touch was due to USCIS updating their systems, UGH!!! Oh well, better to be touched once, then not at all, LOL

Have a good day, hope your feeling better, take care. Will let you all know when RFE comes in, if it dont arrive by Friday, I have a 7am appointment with USCIS Friday May 15th, I want to know what RFE is about since they can not discuss it over the phone.
