:star: congrats!

thank you!

Morning Castaways, hope you have a good day. May many more approvals come from CSC this week, we need it, emontionally and spirit wise. Me especially.

Here is remainder of Igors March filers list remaining:

With NOA 1 dated:

March 4th 1 filer

March 5th 1 filer

March 8th 1 filer

March 11th 1 filer Sunflower15

March 12th 1 filer "ME", & Mrs. Simps!!!

March 17th 2 filers

March 21st 2 filers

March 23rd 1 filer

March 24th 2 filers

March 25th 2 filers

March 26th 1 filer

March 29th 1 filer

March 30th 2 filers

March 31st 3 filers

And I called Customer service, asked if they see what we see on the USCIS on line status website, she said yes, it shows the same thing, I asked how does one know if your approved, she said it will update on the case status, I told her polietly, that many got approvals with no approval on website and some with NO NOA 2 , she said I was wrong. USCIS always updates on line system if approved, I was in my spirit to argue with her. Im so dis-couraged with USCIS.

Please excuse my ranting. I can only hold it in for so long, then meltdown sets in.

add me on the same date Paris.... InshaAllah be patient God with unite us with our loved ones Soon..........

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

this may sound weird.. but what does INSHALLAH mean?

Anyway, morning castaways.... hope everybody is okay and feeling well.

YOur NOA2s are coming..

PARIS, I read somewhere here about calling USCIS and how the process the applications.

As I've mentioned before USCIS told us that they don't actually process it by date received. They box it and it gets processed depending on the officer that took out the boxes.

Anyway, there was this post earlier (Can't find it now), the USCIS said that they process application again NOT by date. ALSO, it sometimes depends on the individual case situation. I'm not trying to put you down or anything... maybe yours is taking longer because of your special situation which you explained in the March Filers thread. Just thinking... at least your case is assigned to an officer already. WHo knows a few days from now you will get your approval already.

Keep the faith!

Hey there, morning, I read that post this am , it was in K1 section. Yes I know, my case is a bit unique, but you know, I sectioned it off so easy for them to understand, I did it for a 3rd grader could see and understand, guess I aimed high, should of made it Pre-school proof. LOL

Inshallah means, If God Wills, I learned it from a friend who is in this hellish nightmare also, she is trying to teach me a few things, and of course my husband says it too being Algeria.

You know Ivy, I'm really beginning to doubt case is assisgned, even though 2 officers told me it was, I still have doubts.

But thank you anyways, I apprechiate your kind thoughts.

Now Im questioning Inshallah, is it Gods will for us to be together? Ive never questioned Gods will before, a person can only handle so much, he has given me enough to handle in the past 8 months then a person needs in a lifetime. Im sorry, but its how Im starting to feel. I may burn in hell before its all over with.

Truly happy!!!

Paris, I'm sure you are meant to be together, never doubt that you meant to be with Mr. Paris.

Just try to be positive... and maybe try and go visit your husband in Paris... see if your boss will give you some time off.

Paris.... smile in on the outised not just the inside.

get your broom and beat someoone with your bruhaha stick :)

I do not believe anything they say when you call the number. They are in a call center somewhere they can not do anything more than we can by looking. It might get us a touch and a general location of the petition but you all know they cant actually walk in the other room to TOUCH our petition. The only way to do that is to get the supervisor and to accomplish this you really have to be outside of processing times and INSHALLAH that will not happen.. PLEASE

alright back to bubbly me......... having a really bad flight day. Its been delays and cxns all day.. WHY ME.... no really i expect this kind of thing, but its nice to have a good flight day sometimes. I am headed back to work again have to explain why someone got a free bag ...

Sounds like you need a Carmel Frapachino, VENTI!!!! Sounds good, think I will stop again this evening, did it last night but what the hell, besides only drank half of it, Lemons finished it for me, yes my blonde lab loves frapachinos, especially mine, LOL oh well, she is one of the few things that makes me smile anymore thru this process.

Almost time to go home, and I will be glad when this day ends, been a hell of a ride today.

So if anyone gets home and finds the golden letter in mail box, let us know.

Have a lovely evening.

Well, I thought I was going to refrain from posting here. but today's events caused my reistance to evaporate.

first , I lost 525 dollars on a Refinance attempt. property just appraised too low. So i asked my money back and now my banker dont want to talk to me ,but says, " when your prop[erty value goes up i will help you" . i told him when my property value goes up , i wont come to him but will find someone else . if he wants my business , he will have to ............. me. :jest:

Now on to immigration stuff. I called today again and nice lady picked up. first she would not want to listen but said call back the number and ask them to open and inquiry ticket. I said i have already done that, and have recieved email that tells me to contact your office , CSC, since both the files are there. she said, " no call back the number and hit option 3 and they will take your information and then forward to our office."

after a bit arugment and me telling her what i have done so far, she looked into the cases and said, " your child's case is here, but your spouse's is not."

"What? that is impossible, how is that going to make sense. My child is not even two years old, and i hope you all dont assume he will be goign to the embassy on his own for interview. besides each of those applcation contain each others names ( spouse and child) as the included immigrant on another's petition. they were filed together, and transferred together. further the only difference in teh recieot numbers is the last digit - one is 5 and the other is 6."

Then she melted a little bit, looked further and said, " both the files are here. I was looking at a wrong case number. They are assinged to an officer."

"its been more than 6 months and see others coming behind me getting approved. the processing time now listed is 6 months"

" six months from the time of tranfer, ie,from the time we got the application"

" really!"

"yes"

"so how long do you think i should wait"

"I cant really answer that, but they both have been assinged to officers, they are not on shelves anymore, and you shoulld recieve something from the officer soon. and we are working hard to get the process done, as it is"

"sure , that is the reason of my anxiety"

"wait for 30 days"

Then I thanked her and hung up

I wanted to update you all in my case, and becasue of that i could not resist further from posting here.

Thanks and may god hurry Beth's and other's and my NOA2.

Boy Mohan, those words were just haunting me, that is what the first officer told me, assisgned to a officer, give it 30 days, funny, you were writting it, and I was thinking it.

Well Hon, that is encouraging, yes it is. And Im glad they found the Mrs. petition also, I bet your heart sunk when you heard it was not there, again, I say, USCIS is clueless. Im glad this worked out for you.

For your re-financing, FIND A NEW BANKER!!!!

Hope your feeing better, and nice to see your post. Keep them coming.

Big hug, its all going to be fine, okay?

Beth

Well , in my case i am a bit happier to find that the cases are assinged to an officer becasue when i called march 19th, the files were not assinged and i was told to wait 30 days.

Now i can certianly wait 30 days with the files on somones desk. I hope that the person on the phone was not lying to pacify me.

I agree with you beth, USCIS ride is nothing but a roller coaster ride.

thanks for your support. And dont , repeat dont, distress. God does have a plan for all of us. it is just that we dont know cause we are not one of those Demi-gods.

Was hoping for some news when hubby calls CSC but no luck. So Nothing has happened with my file since they received it

UGH! Sorry sdw, but you know what, dont believe all they tell you. 3/4 wont get up and truly see where petition is at.

I called one day, said still in mail room, I called back that afternoon, was assigned to a officers desk the day before. that was April 15. So take what they say with a grain of salt, and if your like me, with a shot of tequila or two.:rofl:

Hang in there, your not alone.

Think I'll wait a few days then have hubby try calling again and see if he gets another answer.
