You know, last week the Brasil Telecom one that operates here in my town called my house 5 times a day for the 7 weekdays, including after 11 pm, to offer me cellphones.

At first I tried saying we´ve had that call, next I said stop calling, you´ve already called, then I moved on to ignoring the calls when I recognized the number, then I started answering "Pizza Place" " Bakery" "Gas station" and so on and so forth. Then they realized I was doing that on purpose and said the number was registered for a residence so it must be one and went on to offer me the promo. Finally I screamed, said they had been calling me 5 times a row, including off comercial hours, and that I wanted to talk to their supervisor to register a complaint, and asked for their name and registry. They stopped calling.

that was not funny. that sh it happens to me all the time in the USA. when I am calling

customers about their airline tickets. < no I dont work in reservations >.

What's funny is the telemarketer still tried to tell the guy that it only takes a couple of seconds... even after the guy told him to F' off!

I can't remember where I saw it, but in a movie or on TV or something, someone answered the phone, and when they heard it was a telemarketer, they blew one of those air horns into the phone. I don't think they called back after that.
