Hi All-

My husband is a citizen of Pakistan and has been living in Ukraine for last 7 years as a student. I have submitted all documents for him including police reports from Ukraine and Pakistan. But, I got a letter that his police report from ukraine should be from the local visa of visa and registration (OVIR). The one we had submitted by was Interior ministry-department of information. My husband contacted the OVIR office and they refused saying that they never make police reports for anyone. I called in US and told them about the whole situation. They replied saying that send a letter by OVIR office saying that they do not give out police reports with their stamps. But now OVIR office refused to give such letter as well. I do not know what to do now. I am pregnant and going to have a baby soon and I desperately need my husband here.

So is there anyone who knows what we should do? I'll greatly appreciate all the help I can get :)
